Co-Founders of Irie Outreach, Dr Badall and Laura have each been coming to Jamaica since they were 15 years old. It’s a place that grabbed hold of them when they were kids and never let go. The dream to build Irie Outreach was sparked back in 2010 when they first met in Steertown, and has since evolved into a reality they are thrilled to watch come to life. Receiving his Bachelors Degree from Xavier University, and his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from A.T STILL University, Dr Badall currently practices as an associate dentist at Studio B Smiles in Scottsdale, AZ. Graduating with a Bachelors of Management and International Business from Michigan State University, Laura works for a California-based construction startup, Katerra. Dr Badall and Laura live in Scottsdale, AZ.
Anthony “red” Lancashire
Born and raised in Steertown, Jamaica, Anthony (Red) Lancashire is a founding member of Irie Outreach. He has over 20 years of experience in volunteer community engagement, service trip facilitation, and community project organization. Red is a professional painter as well as an accomplished dancer and musician.
Dr Whitney and Steven Sebree
Dr Whitney and Steven Sebree sit on the Board of Directors for Irie Outreach, and also serve as one of our primary dentists and on site facilitators. Born and raised in Indiana, Whitney and Steve both attended undergraduate school at Purdue University where Whitney majored in Behavior Neuroscience Psychology and Steve in Mechanical Engineering. After graduation, Whitney received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Midwestern University in Chicago. Steve currently works for Optimal Design where he is the Director of Business Development. Whitney and Steve are both founders and owner of Breez Dental in Surprise, AZ as well as Unity Dental Assisting. Whitney and Steve reside in Glendale, AZ.
